I have traveled a fair bit through the world with the Canadian Army, Navy And Air Force, and have seen some horrible living conditions!! Kids playing in sewers, people starving, etc etc, and if I was in that situation, I would do anything to get out of it! I have no problems with illegals! Just because they are in the USA, doesn't mean their life is a bed of roses

I'm a RN student and my school runs a clinic for people that have no insurance, and no we don't ask about a persons legal status in the USA, but if i was a betting man, majority are illegal. The pain and suffering some of these people go through is amazing.

I have other things to worry about. I think everyone deserves a good life, and for some thats just not possible in their homeland. So if u were in THEIR shoes, would you just stay there and suffer?? I don't expect many to say "yes" Many of us are fortunate, just because we were fortunate to be born where we were!! People are people and we all deserve fair treatment.

I would certainly not break the law just because I didn't have a good life. You're pretty much saying that is ok for poor people to try a better life, even if that requires them to become a criminal
