Hello to all. After reading all of the treads I have been trying to figure out how someone knows when their file has been "Touched"? Where do you find that information on the USICS website? What am I missing?

Second. Does anyone have a number to call and verbally speak to someone regarding your file? Listening to the automated system is really irritating and not helpful at all.

Thanks a bunch!

hello,

You need to register in www.uscis.gov and add your case number so you will know if your case has been touch. Touch means if the date in your profile changes.

God bless..

And on that website you can register for updates. Which means they will email you when things happen to your case, but they won't email if it is just touches to your file.
