1. Is the form OF-230 I and OF-230 II is the same with DS-230 I and DS-230 II? if not please give me a link which i could download the said form.

2. He paid $380 at PNB for the Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee, it is the same payment for the Visa Fee? What is the difference?

3. About his Medical Schedule will be on 09th of May this year around 12:00AM and at the same time his embassy appointment will also be the same day 09th of May but around 6:30AM? how is that possible?

And lastly, please give me ideas about the interview status of IR-5 case so i could refer it to my sister in law.
