NVC didn't take change of address!

Hi All,

I changed my address while my petition was still at USCIS (using the online system). All my USCIS notices have gone to my new address. For some crazy reason the NVC sent the AOS fee to my PARENTS address... which isn't even one of the addresses I provided them. #######?

How do I get the NVC to use the address I entered through the web site?

Email or call them with the change...it should be easy.

So the NVC doesn't use the data provided by USCIS... that is pretty brain dead. And no official system for address changes, even more ridiculous.

The NVC's website states that if you have changed your address, you can email, call or snail mail them to let them know. I appreciate that technically you haven't changed your address during the NVC process but you could inform them about this mistake through the same modes of communication. I would just call them and let them know that their database does not reflect the change you made at USCIS.

Send it by FAX to 603-334-0791, ATTN: Change of Address.
