Timeline

Thanks for all the information.

My son's father has only had him stay over once in five years.

He is named on the birth certificate but we were never married.

My son was born prior to December 2003 and I'm guessing I will still need some form of notarised document.

My problem now is I have no idea how to contact him as he moved away and now has a new life/girlfriend.

What would I do in this case?

The last time we spoke he was ok with the idea, but he's been secretive ever since as I guess he doesn't want to pay for his son's upkeep. :angry:

This doesn't bother me in the slightest but of course I need to find him now.
