Where are you Melusine?! We want to hear the good news! :)

Our envelope isn't yet showing up in their tracking system.

I had a bit of a freak out last night. We got back to Toronto, and Scott listened to his messages. He had one from the consulate asking him to call them, from Tuesday. No other info. I was like, omg, what if they found out they need some other piece of paper or something and we have to send it in and we aren't really approved and what if we don't get the visa in time for all the plans I made, yadda yadda yadda. Scott told me not to freak out, that it was probably nothing. Luckily, he was right. He called as soon as we woke up today and all they wanted to say was to remind him that he'll have to sign some form or something at the border, and that they mailed out the visa today. Whew! So hopefully our tracking info will show up soon. Does anyone know if those xpresspost envelopes are overnight or 2 day or what?

Wasnt CBR, was me!

so youre still nostalgic about 1967?

hahaha!

OMG I missed the orginial post, how is that possible. The only reason you are going to get away with this is because it isn't DOUGIE. Well I only wish I was older and into hockey in 67 so I could have something to hang onto all these years lmao.

Hey!!

Still waiting for an interview date.. Anyone else?!?!

I call everyday and everytime they say no, my hopes start to go down and down. I knowww that I'll get a date soon but I would love to know so that I can start planning stuff like a move date and wedding date! (My family keeps bugging me cuz they need to book off work so that they can come to the wedding)

Anyways, Part of me wants to wait a little before I call again for the fear of hearing them say no interview date yet but at the same time.. I would hate to have a date given and not know.

Soonnn.. I can feel it.. but how soon is the question? lol

hooray my visa is at the post office!

rachel? is the canada post website showing anything for you?

so Im leaving canada next weekend

leafgal: you know that with their win detroit is only 2 cups-win away from replacing the leafs in 2nd place for teams who won most cups? 1st place is of course unreachable for any team as it is owned by the greatest dynasty of all sports: Les Canadiens de Montreal with 24 cups!!!

Not showing up yet. :( I'm hoping it'll be one of those situations where the visa just shows up even though I haven't been able to track it. They did tell us they sent it out yesterday. I just have to be patient (so hard!).

But that is very exciting that yours has arrived! Do you pick it up from the post office or do you think they'll deliver it to you today?
