hi guys, our lawyer filed our paper early december and got our NOA1 December 10, 2007. its April 2008 now and i still havent got my NOA2, how long does it usually take to get NOA2? Ive heard that CSC is the slowest service center at all....maybe because many people file petition there?.....im not sure...thats only my guess.....

SOme of my friends who filed their petition January and February 2008 already have schedule interview next month ( May ) and they're done having their medical....

Please post reply if u have same boat as mine or similar............ any advice will help alot...thanks.....

u should give it 4 to 6 months.......thanks God they are faster than when we filed..........csc is slow

I'm in the same boat. Lawyer filed Dec. 26th. Got our NOA1 on Jan. 9th. And thats the last we've heard. So your not alone lol. But it should be soon for you. Check the Igors List, it will give you a better idea where you stand.

thanks, good to hear im not alone here, so frustrating when u see others have some progress with their paper and ours is stuck in CSC....Our lawyer said we will have our NOA2 soon....but how soon....LOL. anyway, hope u guys will keep me posted............goodluck to us!....
