Are we neighbours Maureen?

The weather is, as you said, UNPREDICTABLE.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I was telling my neighbour next door not to plant or rake till the first week of May, at least.

Ok, you have to live very near me because of Mrs.Wieser and Bud. LOL .

I always thought you lived north of the city for some reason.

You know my mom said that when I was about to be born she was eating fries at home on Sunday, and her water broke. So she went to the hospital... and they insisted she was NOT in labor because she didn't LOOK like she was in pain. WTH? She said that she argued with the admitting nurses and finally asked which was was the emergency room and started walking down the hall. Meanwhile, people were staring at the nurses and kind of like WTH? And finally they ran after her and told her she had to use a wheelchair beyond that point. In 10 minutes there was someone who checked her and saw she was over 5cm dilated and later a nurse came in and said "Sorry, you didn't look like you were in labor." Anyway, she didn't notice anything until her water broke. She said she was having contractions the whole time, but that it wasn't any different than the ones she had been having the whole month before. So maybe... it could happen... :)

Your luggage just rides beneath you so if you change planes, it has to change planes too... and sometimes they miss pieces or leave them behind. I once had my luggage stay in Amman for an extra day and flay back a day later. WTH? I would have liked to do that.

Right...I get that but I think dilly dally said that when he was in Rome they lost his luggage. When my husband arrives in Rome inshallah how would he even know it was lost? I would think that wouldn't be discovered until he arrives in Boston.

Oh funny story.....his luggage was over the limit and although he had the money to pay the guy he got away with bribing him. lol I laughed so hard when he told me this!!!! One last hurrah before he's out of the country. lol

It depends. Either you figure it out when you land where ti was lost (they notice it wasn't scanned onto the new flight) or they may figure it out when you reboard the plane (happened to me once, they found ti but my bag lost it's security tickets from CDG and so they called me to the front and asked a bunch of questions). They have a kind of count about how many bags are on the plane and they are supposed to automatically reconcile this, although obviously it doesn't work that way in reality.

Haha! I guess the bribe was cheaper :) Somestimes, a bribery system can come in handy :)
