:unsure:i'm a little confused because my husband AOS were send to CALIFORNIA on 05.03.06, i don't know why they transfered it to california.....how long will take to them to aproved or what does that mean????? :unsure:

*07.29.05 sent package i-129f to california

*08.02.05 recveived NOA1

*10.17.05 received NOA2

*11.01.05 colombia's embassy received package

*12.05.05 interview date

*12.06.05 recieved VISA

*12.20.05 came to U.S.A!!!!

*12.28.05 applied for a Social Security

*01.05.06 received Social Security card =)

*02.11.06 married....

**AOS**

*03.01.06 sent package for AOS & EAD

*03.03.06 package arrived at unit (Chicago,il 60699)

*03.18.06 NOA1 for AOS & EAD (notice date 03.08.06)

*04.15.06 he had his Biometric taken

*04.17.06 EAD & AOS touched

*05.03.06 AOS touched again & case transfered to CALIFORNIA.

*05.12.06 EAD APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*05.16.06 AOS touched again!!!!!

*05.17.06 EAD approval notice mail it, from USCIS office...and AOS touched again....

This may be a blessing in disguise for You as recently cases transferred to CSC have been being approved without even having an interview. Just give it some time and GOOD LUCK>

This could be a really good thing. Claudeth was transferred to CSC on January 17th and had her approval without interview on February 23rd and her green card on February 28th. Good luck!

Does anyone know of AOS'ers that DIDNT enter on a "K" visa being transferred to the CSC?

25 March 2006 - Mailed AOS package to Chicago! (I-485, EAD, AP)

28 March 2006 - AOS package recieved (day 1)

4 April 2006 - I-130, I-765 (EAD) NOA date by USCIS. NO AP, yet. (day 7)

6 April 2006 - Checks cashed (NOT AP)

7 April 2006 - I-130, I-765 NOA's recieved in mail! (day 10)

10 April 2006 - I-131 (AP) RETURNED. Should have mailed it to Nebraska Service Center <confused> (originally sent it to Chicago Lockbox with AOS..) (day 13)

11 April 2006 - I-131 mailed to Nebraska as requested (day 14)

14 April 2006 - Bio appt letter in mail (day 17)

17 April 2006 - I-131 (AP) NOA1 received(day 20)

2 May 2006 - Biometrics completed I-485 and I-765 (day 35)

9 May 2006 - I-131 (AP) RFE email recieved, RFE request by USCIS. (day 42)

13 May 2006 - RFE Recieved, missed a bunch of stuff? (day 46)

15 May 2006 - Mailed requested info back (Nebraska) (day 48)

22 May 2006 - I-485 Interview Notice Arrived! (July 13th)! (day 55)

22 June 2006 - AP Approved (day 86)

29 June 2006 - Interim EAD success in Denver DO.

13 June 2006 - Interview. "not concrete approved", received two emails later same day approving I-485 and I-130. "welcome notice was mailed" and "approval notice was mailed"

17 July - I-485 Welcome notice received and I-130 approval received

18 July - I-485 "after approving your application, we ordered you a new card" email received.

24 July - GREEN CARD RECEIVED! All info correct. Apply to lift conditions 7/13/08

Does anyone know of AOS'ers that DIDNT enter on a "K" visa being transferred to the CSC?

I entered on a tourist visa and was one of the lucky ones who got transferred to the CSC. Transferred Sept and got approved November.

08/17/08: Mailed N400 to TSC

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!
