Hello All.

I want to know if I still qualify to use the I-864 EZ vs I-864. Here's the deal:

I make over the poverty limit with just my income, but I just started this job in Nov 07. The job I had before in 07 I made over the limit also. However, my W2 for the current job was only calculated from Nov 07 -Dec 07 so of the net pay does not meet the poverty guidelines.

My question is when the I-864 EZ asks if you meet the poverty guidelines with W2 does it want all W2 of 2007 or just my last W2, of the job I currently still have?

To me, it looks like you need like you need all of the above.

I got out of this link that you need:

something to confirm your current annual salary

6 months of pay stubs

2007 taxes

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
