Hi.

I received my K1 Packet 3 two weeks ago.

It says to return DS-230 & DS-156 forms immediately back to them.

I still did not send them back.

I will have my checklist done in a week.

Should I wait until I got everything done on the checklist and send everything together back to Montreal, or should I send DS-230 & DS-156 forms immediately and then send the checklist seperately once I have everything what's on it?

Thanks!

You can wait a week and mail it all back in together...or, check everything off the list and mail it all back now...

I don't even have my affidavit of support papers from Nick yet and I checked it off that I had them and mailed it back.

Not a big deal if you delay in sending it back a week....less postage too than sending things to Montreal twice.

Good Luck! :)

Hi there,

What I did was check everything off and mailed it back right away and then I worked hard on getting all the documents together. As long as you have them ready for when you go for your interview.
