OK, so far we have Platy volunteering to officiate a Pagan wedding (goodie); two lesbian lovers fighting for a piece of my Mexican azz, my brother with no suggestions about what I should do. Hmmm... I guess the wedding is OFF, since we still don't have Bren's acquiescence and I highly doubt he'll give in. :cry:

I guess the wedding is OFF, since we still don't have Bren's acquiescence and I highly doubt he'll give in. :cry:

That doesn't sound like MY sister. What's all this giving in #######. :ranting: As a guy I know nothing about weddings, but if you want to have a wedding in a Lutheran church for les parents then I don't see why Bren is so obstinate about it. It's not as if you're hauling him down there to worship or get a vasectomy or something. As for your MIL's wedding dress, she told me that I could get married in it. :lol:

Seriously though, how does that saying go? Something old (I know what Laura is going to say :devil: ), something new (Bren might just get lucky with the claw machine at the Chuck E. Cheese :lol: ), something borrowed (MIL's wedding dress :thumbs: ) and something blue (I really know what Charles is going to say :devil: ). Don't ask me any more about weddings, I'm a man; I don't know and I don't want to know. :lol:

Did you try the hissy fit, the don't touch me, the crocodile tears, the working of the MIL, the working of the FIL, the hunger strike, the withholding of affection, the running away. That's all the one's I know of. Threatening to Bobbitize lil' TLM with a steak knife might be a bit much, but all is fair in love and war. :devil: Maybe some of the nice females and the odd male can help my poor sister out. C'mon folks what's the best way to make DH/SO do what he doesn't want to do? Open up your black book ladies, this requires all your feminine wiles.
