Lost NOA2 Approval for I-129F

As per title, we cannot find our NOA2 Approval I-129F, anywhere. It is required as per the AOS package. Any idea what to do?

You will need to get another copy of it, which unfortunatly costs about $340. You can try to call and ask for a replacement without paying, but there is no guarantee.

I recommend printing your CRIS e-mail stating that you were approved or logging on to the USCIS website and printing the screen with the approval notice. USCIS didn't send ours initially, and I had to argue about it for a very long time before I got a free replacement. I planned on submitting our AOS like I recommended, but the original arrive in time for me to include it.

I know its on the list of things for the application, but its one of those things that if you get an adjudicator with any sense, they know you must have been approved if you were allowed entrance into the US. I would just wait and see if you get an RFE. $1010 is already expensive enough. Be sure to fill out the paper work for EAD & AP just incase there is a delay or RFE with the AOS.

Alright. If we request a new copy, any idea how long it would take to arrive? With RFE's needing to be replied to within 30 days, we cant afford to miss the deadline.
