Transcript of Tax Return Info

Hi all,

I wanted to double check, on 4506-T, which option do we choose for# 6 Transcript requested (return transcript, account transcript, or record of account)? What's this #8 (Form W-2, Form 1099 series, Form 1098, etc") - is that needed?

Last, on the check list for I-1864ez it says "include a copy of each and every Form 1099, Schedule,..." - which one is the schedule?

Forget about filling out the form, just call IRS and request simple transcripts, they are FREE.

The transcript can be ordered by completing a Form 4506-T (PDF) or calling (800) 829-1040 and following the prompts in the recorded message. There is no charge for the transcript and you should receive it in 10 business days from the time we receive your request.

So you can just send the transcripts with the I-864 or do you need to submit the copies of the W2s as well???

Just transcripts are needed when using transcripts, NO W2 or 1099.

If you were sending a copy of your 1040, then supporting things like W2 and/or 1099 are needed.
