Hello,

I am getting ready to file my I-751 on Monday, I was wondering if anyone could post any examples of the stuff that they submitted..

Thanks,

Liam

We sent in copies of our mortgage , a few bills , recent banking statements , our car loans , and just the usual things they ask for..... copies of my passport ,green card , and Canadian passport and birth certificate.

we figured that we already sent them tons of stuff first time round. lus interview. f they can't see by now that we are still together , with what we sent this time , then so be it. interview us.

well, as it turns out, that was enough. was approved 2 days ago , and green card is on the way

So good luck.

We sent:

3 years span of utility bills (some on my name, some hubby's -about 3 each (light, gas,etc)-beginning, middle period and last month)

family plan cell phone bill

federal tax returns for 2 years (do not remember if state tax was included-but all supliments in federal for sure)

hubby's W2-old shows single status, new shows married (so at work guys know that he got married)

driver lisences-shows address

bank statements (from 2 banks-we changed checking when moved)-about 3 statements (same begin, mid, last month)

credit card copies

cosco cards

mortgage only on my name (but it shows address, since in our new house all utilities under my husband's name-I was too busy at that time to connect)

xmass card's envelope from hubby's family (shows address and both names and post office stamps)

card from my work-happy marriage card with many signatures

about 15 fotos (wedding, with his family, with my family, i am with son-in-law, vacation)

My lawer said it is sufficient-but no guarantee from interview (and hense longer time) since it is random
