BEST TIME TO CALL NVC

I am calling NVC from overseas, but have not been lucky to get thru to an operator lately.

My P3 packet was generated Mar 24, but I haven't received it yet and my lawyer is unwilling

to use the barcode generator. In order to maximize my efforts, I hope someone is good

enough to again post the best days and/or time of the days to get thru. I have seen this

information before, but the search function did not result in anything helpful. Thanks so

much in advance.

Immediately after they open, or 30 minutes before NVC closes is the best time to call.

Hi Tyrobe,

I keep my eye on your timeline but I also know that every case is different. I called NVC today and asked if they already assigned a case number for me but the NVC operator told me that they haven't received the case from the USCIS yet. The USCIS rep. on the other hand told me they already sent it on March 27th. It's been 13days Worry and Confused??????

Got a question for you? Do you know anybody who got approved on March 26 or later and already got their case number?

Hi there Sarudoshi.... I got approved on 3/26 as well and my petition hasn't been received by NVC either, I am also worried! Today is 2 weeks since both our I-130 been approved. Mine was approved at CSC and yours at TCS... Perhaps they both do bulk mailing.. I think CSC does, when I called last week USCIS told me that they would sent it this week to NVC with the next batch... I am hoping for an assign case number by next week... Come on lets goo case number

Hi Nita,

Just called the USCIS following the advice of "Mononoke" to keep calling and was able to talked to a different rep. and you know what the guy told me!!!????They just sent my case to NVC yesterday not March 27th where the lady rep. had told me... Hope to get the NVC assigned case no. next week (let"s keep our fingers crossed) .

By the way my case was filed at TSC but forwarded and approved at CSC so we are really on the same boat.
