That's what i got just now:

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

In less than 30 days my EAD was approved!!!! OH MY GOD!!!! I can't believe it. That's because of the Representative. He sent the email to Missouri SC about my I-485 and they speeded this case up (I need the GC though)

Oh my God I cannot believe it.

From what I knows, the representative sent an email to the MSC about my AOS, to know what I can do about it, about my mom's situation. But in MSC they also have my EAD because that's where they process that kind of case. Probably after the representative email they decide to speed up this document too. But I have never asked the representative about the EAD. That was the last of my problems. They did everything! lol:

2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

28 March 2006 - AOS package recieved (day 1)

4 April 2006 - I-130, I-765 (EAD) NOA date by USCIS. NO AP, yet. (day 7)

6 April 2006 - Checks cashed (NOT AP)

7 April 2006 - I-130, I-765 NOA's recieved in mail! (day 10)

10 April 2006 - I-131 (AP) RETURNED. Should have mailed it to Nebraska Service Center <confused> (originally sent it to Chicago Lockbox with AOS..) (day 13)

11 April 2006 - I-131 mailed to Nebraska as requested (day 14)

14 April 2006 - Bio appt letter in mail (day 17)

17 April 2006 - I-131 (AP) NOA1 received(day 20)
