Either the forums are slow this month or the NOA2 are slow, figured i would just pop in and say Hello to everyone anyway. :thumbs: Good luck to us all and I hope both centers start back up soon. :star:

Yeah, I have been looking at everyone's timelines daily, and have not seen any new NOA2s lately. I hope it is just because people that got NOA2s this past week are so excited and haven't had time to update their timelines! CSC and VSC were really on a roll getting those NOA2s out in March... let's hope that they get rolling on April too.

1/22/08- Mailed I-130 to Chicago lockbox

2/13/08- NOA1

5/29/08- Touched (changed address online)

5/30/08- Touched

6/04/08- Touched

6/08/08- APPROVED! NOA2 by mail (never showed up online!)

6/16/08- NVC Recieved, Case Number Assigned

6/24/08- Called NVC to get IIN, paid AOS fee online

6/24/08- Emailed DS3032 to NVC

6/30/08- NVC received AOS I-864EZ form

7/13/08- Paid IV fee online

7/15/08- Mailed DS-230

7/31/08- CASE COMPLETE!

8/14/08- Mailed to US Embassy in Dublin

8/19/08- Received Interview Date and Time

9/5/08- Ciaran's Interview!!!

9/9/08- CIARAN IS HERE!!! We will never have to be apart again :)

10-16-07- received by VSC

1-11-08- i130 NOA1

2-24-08-view case online

4-19-08- i130 NOA2

4-24-08- NOA2 hardcopy received

4-24-08- NVC CASE #ASSIGNED MDR

5-04-08- EMAILED CHOICE OF AGENT TO NVC

5-05-08- DS3032 AND AOS fee bill was generated today

5-05-08- paid AOS fee bill $70 online

5-07-08- AOS FEE now says PAID online, can print cover sht.

5-07-08*cald NVC and msg says AOS $recvd

5-12-08-DS3032 EMAIL Accepted

5-13-08*cald NVC and msg now says DS3032 choice of agent has been received.

5-13-08-mailed AOS i864 packet w/printed cover sheet from online payment (certified mail- priority)

5-15-08-AOS packet received by NVC

5-18-08 iv FEE bill invoiced

5-18-08 iv fee $400 paid online

5-20-08-iv fee cleared, able to print covr shet online

5-21-08-mailed DS230 packet to NVC via priority mail

5-29-08 aos ACCEPTED

5-29-08- DS 230 entered in system

6-3-08-cse cmplte.

6-11-08 case left NVC to chennai via DHL

6-16-08 case reached chennai

7-2-08 appt letter received by beneficiary

7-4-08 medical done in chennai

7-28-08 interview- AP for 4-6 weeks (awaiting name chk clearance-told by chenai operator)

8-20-08 chennai forwarded file to DOS- according to inquiry from congressmans office

(also confirmed by DOS)

8-28-08 file reached DOS- told by operator

9-2-08- last update to case,told by DOS

12-12-08 emailed chennai embassy asking status of our case, and got email to send passport..

12-15-08 submitted passport to vfs

12-19-08 VISA ISSUED! in hand!

12-25-08 hubbys arrival! smooth POE!

1-16-09 green card arrives

1-27-09 SSN card in mail

I can't wait to get thru this April and see where both VSC and CSC are for the month of april. I hope/pray/beg that they get this sh*t moving at faster pace.

I hope they get the ball rolling again, Vermont has been doing approvals at a very slow pace for some reason, I really do think they have some sort of method to their madness. A few of our Iraqi members have been approved at record speed so it would seem they arent just grabbing files at random, just wish we knew what their thinking is. And CSC was shooting out NOA2 like crazy for a bit to. At the end of March they had done a few November filers and updated their time to Sept so for a little bit there they were doing good. It will be interesting to see what april holds , we will be into the 3rd week next week and i hope they make the last 2 weeks of April good weeks for all of us. :star:
