I got 2 copies of my cenomar today but I noticed that my mom's full maiden name is written as:first name, last name, middle name and the purpose is for passport/travel, do you think I am going to have a problem with these information? Or it doesn't matter for as long as it states there that you've never been married in the past? Please advise. Thank you.

is this information consistent in your birth certificate? In some cases the embassy already took their preliminary investigation of the beneficiaries status of whether you are single/married/divorced. On my interview, they didn't even ask for my Cenomar...but of course it's one of the requirements of what to bring, JUST IN CASE. Yes, the purpose of that document is for passport/travel, that's how it suppose to be so don't worry.

Where does it state that if our fiancee has never been married we need this document. I have read all the requirments so many times and cant find it. This is the closest thing I can find from there website.

PROOF OF TERMINATION OF A PRIOR MARRIAGE. If applicable, official documents (divorce decree, annulment decree or death certificate, etc.) that prove all prior marriages contracted by you and the petitioner have been legally terminated prior to the filing of the petition must be submitted.

This only is speaking of terminations of prior marraiges not ones that never existed.

During my interview the CO never asked my Cenomar. But that is required & the purpose of my cenomar is also for passport/travel. Goog luck!!! :)

In my packet 4, it's a small piece of paper attached to the instructions and list of requirements... like they just added it as part of the requirements.
