Wondering Why are my Petition still being touched??

Hard copy received yet in mail??

I know you dont want to but did you or hubbie call them to see ####### they were up to now?

yes I did get HARD COPY in the mail, this is how I found out I was approved! I called them to make sure and yes we are approved as of 3/26/08. I didn't get an email and the system still says case pending.

But HARD copy document is what I need!! :thumbs:

3.26.08 - NOA2 - APPROVAL IN 493 DAYS!!

7.22.08 - CASE COMPLETED IN 90 DAYS - THANK GOD!!

Embassy

9.29.08-Interview - AP (2 weeks)

10.15.08 - AP over :) Embassy called hubby to go get his Visa - HAPPIEST DAY!!!

10.20.08 - Visa Issued

11.25.08 - POE (JFK then SFO)

11.26.08 - Visa Journey is Over!! TOOK 737 DAYS....Habibi is Home!! :) :)

USA

11.25.08 - POE

12.10.08 - Applied for SS Card

12.15.08 - Welcome Letter Received

12.17.08 - SS Card Received

12.26.08 - Green Card Received :)

Stop freaking out... :rofl:

Call NVC immediately and find out if they assigned a case number for you. I called first thing in the morning and got my case number TKY2008.......received and entered into NVC's system yesterday March 10th. I feel a little bit relief now :no:

Hi Nita,

I'm sorry to know that you hear nothing from NVC yet. I didn't talk to anybody, just the automated voice recorder.

When was the last time you called USCIS? Did someone told you when the exact date they forwarded your case? You may give them another call and tell them that your case hasn't received yet at NVC and asked them the exact date they sent it and if possible ask the name of the person you will be talking with for further reference. That's what I did.

Be patient, I know it's hard.

I did call both USCIS they told me that it didn't make sense but that they send it to NVC on 3/25, but I got approved 3/26, she told me it, but that there was only copies in my file :crying: so then I called NVC and they told me that they process everything as it comes in and that they have no record of my case and to give them 90 days for them to receive it :crying:

90 days, this is how long people are taking to finish their cases at NVC, how is this possible happening to us all over again!! No one seems to have it, it's been 17 days now :crying:

How hard this is, my weekend will be stressing out.... Inshallah it will be there on Monday... Please, please :unsure:
