Cost and Length of Medical Exam

How much have others paid for the medical exam and how long does it take.

My lady flew to Brazilia yesterday for the medical exam.

Before she left she told the exam would be less than R$600 she called this morning and they want over R$900 and it will take 2 days.

What have other esperiences been?

It totally depends on which country you are getting your medicals done in !! I got it done in Denmark. I paid 150$ for

X-Rays and about 600$ for medical tests and vaccinations.

Got the x-ray done locally for free.

Should be used to this stuff here in Brasil by now, tell you one thing and then they do another.

For my fiance, she'll probably end up paying around $200 CDN for her medical. At least thats what she was able to find out.

Check to see if the doctor has a website and if not if any of the immigration doctors there have a website to find out what the cost is. Just a suggestion, else hopefully someone else has the experience of knowing how much it cost.

This question probably is best asked in a regional forum of fellow Brazillians, as what is normal in RDJ may be way out of line in Kiev......
