I submitted my 1-130 last week. How can i know if a NOA was generated? I notice that many ppl say "NOA-1 generated (per website)" ....which website? and what reference number do i use to see that? Thanks

Hello Foreverido and Welcome,

You wont know until you get your receipt form USICS, once you have your receipt you can punch in your receipt number in the USCIS website and see your case on line. Your N.O.A. will take a few weeks to arrive. Now if you wrote a personal check for your fee, you can see when your checked is cashed, and usually a few days later you receive your N,O.A.#1

Good luck on your journey.

I don't know if you are referring to the USCIS website to check the status of your application.

But here is the link:https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp;...w9pWevc4eHYhWKr

Unfortunately without having used a personal check, you will have to wait until you recieve the hardcopy of your NOA1 to register for the site. Typically, if you sent a personal check, the USCIS would cash it and stamp your Receipt Number on the back. You need that receipt number to register for updates.

Sit tight you should recieve your NOA1 shortly!

Gill
