HI Sweety10, The embassy sends the Packet 4 through regular mail. If it gets lost, you can pick up @ counter from embassy. You can download almost all the applications, etc. from the embassy website, but you will need to obtain your interview letter (enclosed in Packet 4). You need the Interview letter for the medical, PCC, etc. You can also email the embassy & they can send you the interview letter that way....

Hope that helps. :)

Our experience with mail is not very comfortable with mumbai embassy. We went and picked up packet 3 and packet 4 in our case. We waited for packet 3 w/ BMB case Number letter, but we never received it. But if you are waiting for packet 4 then dont, because its the same extact papers on the website. Simple download and get your process started quickly. Get all the papers such as Sponser (I-864), Police clearance, passport clearance, medical reports,etc..Turned it into VFS 10 days prior your interview, no later than 7 days. Go to interview with Passport and VFS receipts. We just recently turned our papers into VFS and waiting for interview. Good luck on the interview!!!

What address do they send the packets too?

Is it the foreign spouse address listed on the I-129F?

We're not their yet, but I'm curious.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
