When to schedule? I need advice and information

Hello everyone, I have a few questions about when I can schedule and when I should schedule. Thank you for any help you can give.

1) I would like to know if I can schedule my medical exam and interview BEFORE I get the packet from the Manila Embassy? he has already gotten the notice that the petition was sent to Manila and the MNL case number.

2) If I have to wait for the packet, can I reschedule the medical and/or the interview? Can my fiancee (he is in the U.S.) schedule for me?

3) Does rescheduling count against us in the interview? We are expecting the packet from the embassy within the next two weeks, and I want to schedule my interview for June. I am in Osaka right now. My fiancee and I have agreed that I should stay if possible for certain reasons until around May 24. Is that too far away? If it is too long, what is the longest time before it might count again us?

hi there you can call the US EMBASSY in MANILA anytime now since u already have ur MNL case.

US Embassy doesnt send packet anymore to beneficiaries,They will schedule for ur medical and interview and u will just download the necessary papers to fill up.
