Hi! I'm almost done in gathering all the evidence of our relationship. I just want to ask those who have filed their I-751 on what you used to bind all the papers... folder? binder? I was planning to fastened them on a folder but I do not know if it is okay to have punch holes on the papers.

I am too simple I think. I used paperclips to clip like forms togethers (like all 5 pages of tax return, etc) and 1 big binder clip at the top to hold the whole packet together. Figured they'd stick it in their own folder anyway. :)

Thanks for your response.

Anyone else who can share to me how you bind your papers?

I used one of those ACCO 2-hole punch fasteners--I bought the paper punch and box of 50 fasteners back when we first submitted our K-1 paperwork, so I figured I may as well keep using them! I tried to attach a picture, but it didn't work. Look them up on google images if curious.

Supposedly this is what the USCIS uses once our papers reach them.

Honestly, I don't think it really matters--one of those really big clips would probably work great too.

We sent ours in today and used a folder you slide the papers into and then a clip slides over the edge to hold them in. But it was pretty full, so I also put a 'bulldog' clip in top corner to safeguard it from all falling apart!

I believe the ACCO fasteners are fine too.
