Hi! So we filed our I130 back in October 15th, 2007. I read somewhere that they are now processing files from Oct. 13th!! Any of you guys, know how much longer before our's will be sent to us? I have a feeling we are very close! Our lawyer said, "its like its Christmas and you guys are in december!" Then once she gets here, we have to file for her temp. work visa and then after that we will start 'permenant resident' process! Anyways, just wondering..if it says 'Oct. 13th and we are the 15th, that means that basically should be processing it now, right? So will it be sent pretty quick to us then? lol I'm a bit eager, can you tell?

My husband filed on September 15 for 130 and k3 on Jan 15 and we got the approval for both 129-f and 130 last March 18.
