I have read that at the interview a fiance can be asked where the couple met. From my understanding if the couple met on an online dating site it must be IMBRA compliant or the visa can be denied. I met Fely on filipinaheart.com but It doesn't specify if it is IMBRA compliant. This has me kind of worried.

Using an International Marriage Broker is not grounds for denial. It simply requires the Consulate to disclose any criminal record you supplied when you filed the petition.

Most internet dating websites don't meet the definition of an IMB. We have a whole separate forum for IMBRA related discussion here. This has been well covered before.
