pls.help, confused of the information NVC gives

Hello,, i am just confused of the informations we get from NVC. My husband called NVC last week and he heared the recordings and it says the case is complete and he also got a chance to talk to an operator and the lady says the case is complete on March 25 and we will wait a notification letter to arrive in the mail..And now this week, we receive a letter from NVC dated March 29 and they are asking us another document which is the OF-230-I....Does anybody experience this? We are confused of this, the case is complete and now, they are asking another document?

Please call NVC, talk to the NVC live representative and explain to them the confusion with the relavent information. You might just hear from them that RFE is not required and it was an error from their end, while your case is truly completed. Try calling early in the morning.. while they are fresh ... All the best.
