Hello Everyone i want to us a question about I-130,

its for my son his K4 visa holder and were

preparing his I-130 with the adjustment of

status in form I-130 question no. 13 Has your

relative ever been in the U.S? should i answer

NO his currently here in U.S :help: any help will truelly

appreciated thanks!!!

I would check yes and indicate currently in USA on K-4

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
