Question about NBC

We filed AOS, EAD, AP, and I-130. Everything is at the NBC right now.

Does it need to be transferred before the AP can be approved, or can

it be approved at the NBC?

AP and EAD are handled by NBC, I-130 tends to be processed by CSC or VSC, AOS tends to be handled by your field office for AOS interview.

So that means that whether or not, or when, stuff gets transferred has nothing to do with the AP and EAD processing?

Also, what is the general consensus about the NBC's processing speed? Is it usually pretty consistent, or are there a

lot of problems? According to USCIS it seems to be faster than Service Centers or local offices . . . is this true?

Same answer I gave a couple of hours ago, hopefully this will clear your doubts for good and not keep on asking the same thing over and over.

Sorry, your reply was so nonsensical and confusing that I wasn't sure if you had answered it correctly. You have also been a bit of a #### in your replies, not sure why, I just came on here looking for help and don't really appreciate the attitude.

Well buddy clearer than this answer: "90 days waiting time as max. but people sometimes get them before" is kinda difficult to simplify. If you were hoping to get an exact date, this is impossible. Besides, the fact that you also posted the same question on your February filers shows that you were not satisfied with their answers either since you created a 3rd thread. I'm pretty sure my answer was less nonsensical than your "based on my signature" thread.

I am sorry that you were offended that I didn't find your answer satisfactory (they still haven't even answered my question in Feb Filers, so I don't think I was completely unjustified in filing a separate thread). I wasn't sure if when you said "90 days max" you were referring to your EAD, since you didn't apply for an AP at all, so I couldn't tell if you even had any personal experience about APs, and it looks like you don't.

Also, I'm not sure, but was I wasting space? Why do you have a problem with me trying to get my questions answered to MY satisfaction rather than yours? What's the point of a post that says:
