  YAY for Bridget!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

A Birth Certificate shows that we were born

A Death Certificate shows that we died

Pictures show that we lived!

A Marriage Certificate says we are married

Have a seat . . . Relax . . . And read this slowly.

**********************************

I believe ..... That just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they

don't love each other.

And just because they don't argue,

it doesn't mean they do love each other.

I believe... That we don't have to change friends if we understand that

friends change.

I believe .... That no matter how good a friend is,

they're going to hurt you every once in a while

and you must forgive them for that.

I believe.... That true friendship continues to grow,

even over the longest distance.

Same goes for true love.

I believe .... That you can do something in an instant

that will give you heartache for life.

I believe ..... That it's taking me a long time to

become the person I want to be.

I believe..... That you should always leave loved ones with loving words.

It may be the last time you see them .

I believe .... That you can keep going long

after you think you can't.

I believe ..... That we are responsible for what we do,

no matter how we feel.

I believe .... That either you control your attitude

or it controls you.

I believe ..... That heroes are the people who do

what has to be done when it needs to be done,

regardless of the consequences.

I believe.... That money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I believe..... That my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and

have the best time.

I believe..... That sometimes the people you expect

to kick you when you're down,

will be the ones to help you get back up.

I believe....... That sometimes when I'm angry I

have the right to be angry, but that doesn't

give me the right to be cruel.

I believe..... That maturity has more to do with what

types of experiences you've had and what you've

learned from them and less to do with how

many birthdays you've celebrated.

I believe..... That it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others.

sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I believe...... That no matter how bad your heart is broken the world

doesn't stop for your grief.

I believe...... That our background and circumstances

may have influenced who we are, but we

are responsible for who we become.

I believe ....... That you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It

could change your life Forever.

I believe ...... Two people can look at the exact same thing and see

something totally different.

I believe....... That your life can be changed in a matter of

hours by people who don't even know you.

I believe...... That even when you think you have

no more to give, when a friend cries out to you -

you will find the strength to help.

I believe...... That credentials on the wall do not make

you a decent human being.

I believe .... That the people you care about most in

life are taken from you too soon.

I believe... That you should send this to all of the

people that you believe in.

I just did.

The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they

just make the best of everything they have.

Perhaps his Habibti should sign him up for English comprehension classes.

When I read posts from people like this I am all the more grateful that I have a normal husband.

AMEN TO THAT! Thank you God for normal husbands!

ya know what sux........... posting something then trying to be mature and editing it out...

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

- The female/male dynamic. Even if your man is the most liberalized Arab/Middle Eastern man on the planet - I swear there are expectations and ideals they hold. Maybe you didn't see them when you were together before but within a month they will rear their ugly head. He will ask you to make and bring him lunch, and other things of this nature. I've found if I just do it it's less struggle. Plus he usually makes up for it some other way later.

I've found that I am often expected to cook, clean, bring a glass of water, etc, but have found when I suggest he help me, or ask *him* to bring *me* a glass of water, he's happy to help. It's not trained into my husband (or most MENA men) to chip in, so expecting them to do it without asking is unfair and it will just make you silently angry.

Don't start a sentence, (during an argument): If you were man enough....

that would probably work with any nationality.

Thinking the same thing

Alot of these tips about what not to say, are pretty universal

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Wow, ####### happened, It was a joke, you know a little joke.

anyway.. Ganja gilr .. i shouldnt comment on that pic u sent for me cuz it will make ur husband so mad if he see what i am gonna write for you

My husband is too busy working to worry about what pictures I am posting on the net, especially a stupid joke picture. My husband has nothing to do with this, it was a joke, which apparently you didn't get.

That is just insane, period, but I do agree with you on one point, YES i do have a dirty tongue. You don't know me or my husband, so how can you even say you don't repect me but repect him. But that is cool, cause my husband is someone that I repect also, and he does deserve repect. So ok, I give you that. Come on that picture was funny.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! i like doing that,, this is second time i make heads on fire,,,, easy to burn u all... do i care again about any1 here cept my wife? i dont think so

Now I wonder if you are even who you say you are????????????????????????? Who are you really?????????

Please don't play the gangster card with me, you WILL NOT WIN THAT FIGHT, ok. Dude, breath deeply, Americans love to laugh, sometimes we laugh and make jokes to lighten up the mood, and help ease the pain of being separated from your loved ones. Laughter is a wonderful outlet, our humor is different, doesn't mean it is better or worst, just a little different. I live at comedy central, love humor, it has made a lot of dark times a little easier for me. Just a tip from me to you, if you see some dudes like the ones below, NEVER and I mean never tell them you are some kind of ME gangster, they dont' take kindly to those kind of words.
