Hi guys,

My wife’s green card is going to expire next month and I’m not sure what we should do next. Any advice to point me in the right direction? Thanks!

06/30/2004 - I-129F Received at Nebraska

06/30/2004 - NOA1 Sent from Nebraska

07/06/2004 - NOA1 Recived from Nebraska

09/23/2004 - NOA2 Approved (83 days)

09/30/2004 - NOA2 Arived in Mail

10/12/2004 - NVC sent packet to the Consulate

11/03/2004 - Packet 3 mailed to Fiancée from HMC Consulate

11/09/2004 - Packet 3 Received by Fiancée in Da Nang

11/22/2004 - Packet 3 DS-230 returned to Consulate

2/1/2005 - Packet 4 sent from HMC Consulate

3/21/2005 - HMC Consulate Interview at 8:00am

3/21/2005 - Did not pass interview. Case is in AR.

4/15/2005 - Consulate has approved Visa!! (est 285 days)

5/12/2005 - Plane flight to States!

Also this is not an adjustment of status question it is a removing of conditions question.
