I'm so worried 'cuz i have a 2 months old baby from my fiance. He will be interviewed this coming March in india. Do you think having a baby will be a problem to get the k1 visa? I'm in new york & my baby was born here. Please let me know. Thank you.

No, it shouldn't be a problem at all. If anything, it might be a positive...helping him to prove a bona fide relationship. At worst it should be a non-factor.

Hi sab, I can totaly understand how you feel - we are in the same situation. Our son is 20 month old. It is sooo difficult to be so alone with the little one. Keep your head up. Our interview is February 22nd but in Germany. I will let you know... Cheers and good luck, Anja

Send your fiance lots of pics of his child. That way he can go to the interview as a proud father showing off pics of his baby. Might even be beneficial!
