Waiting and waiting and watching all those who filed wayyyy after get approved. Cannot call Vermont & get any info since Processing dates are reflecting July 30,2007 but we very well know we have November filers who have been approved. This really sucks!!!

I aggree! I don't know what vermont is doing these days, but certainly they're not hitting the I-130's full force. They were ahead of CSC at one time The approvals are down to a trickle

Sighs - they are so screwed up and tis wrong - MAO - did you get political party involved yet - They are destroying what America was built on - family values and oh yes, honesty, but that little goodie does not apply to their website. Even CSC is so out of whack - my prayers to all that are waiting. TO PUT IT BLUNTLY THIS JOURNEY SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF YOU and I know of two mates that have given up waiting here in the USA and have gone to their SO's country to wait it out.

You have been so supportive for me and I can only return this bit of advice I truly feel that they have no clue what they are doing...and for those that say Oh yes they do.....well maybe those applications went thru by mistakes but in GENERAL THEY ARE FK UP! They lie on their website, they lie to customers that have paid for the RIGHT to have this service. But let me tell you something, and this is what is not right.

When you offer a service be prepared to deliver otherwise ya might as well take down that piece of shyte website that is so full of erroneous words and just put a poker site - ya got better odds there .

Am I teed off at this situation for all of us that have been waiting for god knows how long and the rude customer service and the lies, to say YES would be an understatement.

Sod them, I now have six mates moving to other countries because of their lack of knowledge and forethought, and this has only been this month. Lets give it another month and that number will double.

Absolutely hate what they have become and what this country has done. Don't go on to tell me homeland security for this or that, because that should have kicked in back in 2001, but they just are so mismanaged - I wanna just look at peeps like GOGO and HOHOHO and say " Its just a nightmare, and you will wake up today and it will be ok" - Guess what, I cant. SAD!

Enough is enough - and I only wish they can wake up from their dreamland security and figure out that some people really want to be together as a family - Really and truly dont understand the mindset of our government anymore.

this was really a good thumping statement - like in the house of lords - :"AIY AIY AIY AIY" it would be a good time to continue I-130 and take time off from school and enjoy UK during the wait.

i for one am getting used to the blore traffic and buses and ofcourse another language. its funny feels like india tastes like india cant comprehend the language

neverthless fun times - feels like never missed a day since 15 yrs back I had left india.

I appreciate the passion and concern you express. Every word you said is very, very TRUE. I used the RFE trick twice in the last few days, including HEARTFELT prayer and it looks like I'm finally with an Adjudicator. Touched twice and spoke to one of the Officers who said my case is on its way to an adjudicator! THANK YOU GOD!

Wow, I wish you all luck!.. I've only been going through the process a short time and it is very stressful and it can suck the life out of you. I'm just very lucky that they decided to rush Iraqi processing it seems. Personally, everyone who has waited months just to get a NOA1 or NOA2 has my deepest respect because I don't think I could've done it. I probably would've had to move to Jordan to be with my husband.
