Hi

We had hired an attorney for our K1 case.We have received the NOA2.

Can somebody please let me knwo whether the US embassy in INDIA(the beneficiary is INDIAN) will send the documents to our lawyer in USA or will they directly send them to the beneficiary's address in India.

Documents from the embassy will be sent straight to the beneficiary.

In our case they were sent to the attorny in USA.

What do i do?

This just delays the whole process

What did your lawyer receive?

That is weird that they were sent to the lawyer. What did your lawyer get from the embassy?

DS 156,DS 230 etc.

i think the packet 3.

what do i do

They need to be mailed to her...she needs to follow the instructions and fill them out.
