Man i am so happy now i have been worried about this being i only have a few emails being i usually use the phone. my problem so i thought is that i use a pre paid calling card (IDT). well found out i could find my billing records online so now i have phone records. now for evidence i have the following, already got my NOA1 so hopefully this will be enough for the interview. Unfortunately i dont have any boarding passes anymore. Anyway you think this will be enough. Passport stamps from both our passports,, she is from colombia and we where living in Indonesia for some time so we have stamps on both our passports for indo, then living together for 1.5 years in ecuador have those stamps. i am basing most my evidence off of passport stamps but now happy about phone records :D I really think the Indonesia stamps will help not a common destination or easy destination to get to from Colombia. I know a bit wordy but you think i have enough? Plus a ton of photos, of me fat, then skinny, goatee, no goatee, her with long her short hair tan not tan. just a bit nervous about this.

thanks

I think you should be fine. Here´s one tip though. Since for the interview you have to also prove the relationship is still going, you can start writing e-mails now, and then using those as proof as well.

You can also try e-mailing the airlines and asking for a summary of your flights, they can provide where and when you flew with them.

Ongoing relationship is less important than the fact that you have to show that both of you met eachother in the past 2 years.

You most likely also filled out past residence on the G-325 forms which will show your presence in Indonesia, so the passports will support that.

Entry in the USA: May 13 2005

Do you still have anything such as rental contracts, receipts etc that show you were living together?

For the petition you do not need to send anything about the relationship - just proof of meeting in the past 2 years. for the interview you can take a few letters/emails/chat records - my fiancee took only 5 emails and 5 chat records with her to the interview in Bogota and they looked at one email for all of 5 seconds and nothing else! Bogota is very good about giving out visas - so if she is going through Bogota it should be hassle free. Good Luck

I have a bit of a worry too - when we filed our k1 petition we did include all the relevant info. as boarding passes, passport stamps of the times I went to Ohio to see my beloved, phone calls i made to him, photos etc. But im kinda concerned that this last few months my phone calls have been so much that I have been restricted on the calls - so now I dont have any phone bills to show we called each other and I dont think Ill be able to call him in the next 2/3 months either till I pay my bill off :( and we mainly talk on voice chat so there is no record of our conversations on instant messengers etc. He isnt much of a writer so he doesnt write any emails, or letters really as the time he writes a letter and sends it to me we would have spoken on voice chat so he doesnt bother. How am I gonna show that the relationship is ongoing?? It is my birthday tomorrow so I am hoping Ill get a card from him (in the past he doesnt send cards out neither - I only have one valentine card from him since I have known him - 4 years) it may be late though as he is forgetfull with dates lol and I never get anything on time... OHH MEN (rolls eyes). Any suggestions??

Well, for one thing you can write him an e-mail with plans for the wedding and for your moving there, and then send him an e-mail telling him to answer to your plans, via e-mail, even explaining you need evidence for the interview. You can then print both e-mails, the one you sent him, and his reply.

You can also save any chat convos and print them, when they are written and not voice chats.
