hello

my attorney send the aos and ead and travel document in 12/3/07 and till now i not get my EAD either my travel document and last time i called my attorney said i need to pay for the travel document again but i alreday paid 1010 dollar ? my question is do i should pay again for travel document ? how long it will take to get it ? my EAD IT TOOK 112 days now and it still not approved yet ? anyone plz can help with that

You definitely should not have to pay any fees again.

If you submitted the $1,010 fee and submitted all the applications, you should be just waiting for your approvals now.

I would ask your lawyer why he is telling you that you need to pay these fees again. I certainly wouldn't give him any more money.

Your EAD and AP should have been approved by now. The AOS takes the longest to approve most often, but you should have received EAD and AP by now. I would try calling the USCIS information line and if they can't give you any information, I would make an InfoPass appointment at your local USCIS office to ask them what's happening with your applications.

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 5/05... Entered U.S.

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

yes i already asked him and he said well he forget to send it with aos and EAD well all the time the uscis they told me the same ur case pending and i dont really what to do but i need the travel documment because i want to go visit my familly

I think that you can send the travel document without fee and attach the I485 NOA1, and copy of the 1010 pay for AOS. I think there wouldn't be any problem. Good luck.

For your EAD since you are out of normal processing time (of 90 days) make a infopass appointment and they will put in a request for you.
