december 07 filers,any news about noa2?

im a december filer and im wodering if there is anyone who filed in december and got his noa2??

my case was online in their system on the 24th february and since then,it has never been touched and this is simply killing me. ...i wish we all hear some good news very soon cuz it seems that december filers in csc started receiving their noa2,hopefully in vsc,things will start moving....

I-130 Sent : 12-07-2007

I-130 NOA1 : 02-06-2008

I-129F Sent : 02-08-2008

I-129F NOA1 : 02-18-2008

02-24-2008: both applications online in their system

05-02-2008: I-130 finally got touched!!!

05-27-2008:both i-130 and i-129 got approved!!!what a feeling!!!

05-30-2008:case forwarded to the NVC and case number assigned

06-04-2008:received a letter stating that within a week,our i-129 will be forwarded to the embassy...

06-20-2008:received packet3

06-21-2008:medical

07-14-2008:interview

Not being touched doesn't mean anything. We haven't for 8 months and got finally approved. But, if you reach the 6 month or 180 days waiting time, you can make an inquiry with a senator or congressman to know what,s going on. Good luck!!!

I-130:

25 Aug 06 - Sent I-130 (a Friday)

28 Aug 06 - NOA1 & Certif. receipt returned ( a Monday) Day 1

29 Aug 06 - USCIS cashes check

30 Aug 06 - check cleared & 1ST TOUCH.

01 Sept 06 - NOA1 recvd by Mail

09 Sept 06 - 2ND TOUCH (a Saturday)

09 Mai 07 - NOA2 (2 e-mails)

Note: were told the long delay due to huge backlog and internal changes in VT

NVC :

04-June-07 - NVC generates DS-3032 & AOS bill

12-June-07 - AOS Bill payment sent/ alien receives DS-3032 form (by mail, dated 4th June)

13-June-07 - Alien sends back completed DS-3032 (by mail)/ rcvd 19th of June approx.

To mid July-07 - I-864 form sent completed and IV fee bill

19-July-07 NVC rcv I-864 form; mail signature rcvd.

22-Aug-07 Ds-230 with documents sent to NVC.

20-Sep - 07 Alien sends NVC Missing document. NVC receives it the 25th.

05-Oct - 07 NVC completed.

16-Jan - 08 Interview, 3 questions asked, visa approved same day, received 1week later approx.

Note: delay due to internal delay, missing document (not rfe) and self procrastination of understanding some abstract terms. C Post not at all reliable (delivery duration, delivery with signature (did not deliver personnaly), and delivery of interview letter rcvd after the interview).

In USA:

01-03-08 POE Entry in USA

...-03-08 2 Welcome in America letters and green card received.

Nothing on mine either. Waiting without any sort of information on progress is annoying as heck!! I sure hope we get some momentum soon!!! I wish December filers luck... I did noticed a few January and February filers approved... Happy for them but mad at the system for inconsistency.

we don't received NOA2 yet but it said to our time line data that our I130 may be adjudicated as early as April 9, 2008. i hope, i hope!

our time Timeline

11/23/2004: Meet online

09/21/2005: Meet in person (cebu, phils)

02/14/2006: Got married in Cebu Capitol Hall, Cebu, Philippines

01/23/2007: Our Son was Born

02/14/2007: Our First Wedding Anniversary

09/22/2007: My husband go back to US after 2 years stay in the Philippines to go back to work.

02/14/2008: Our Second Wedding Anniversary

12/20/2007: Sent I-130 Application

01/20/2008: Waiting.... Still no receipt notice (NOA1)

02/08/2008: NOA1 received

02/24/2008: case available online

06/13/2008: NVC: Visa Approved

06/14/2008: Touched

02/29/2008: i129-f sent to vermont

03/03/2008: application received in VSC

03/14/2008: NOA1 received

03/25/2008: Touched

06/13/2008: NVC: Visa Approved

06/14/2008: Touched

07/11/2008: received a letter to call us embassy manila to schedule appointment date for K3 visa interview

07/30/2008: Schedule for Medical Exam at St. Lukes

08/05/2008: Interview at US embassy Manila
