Hi Folks,

I finally received an approval notice from USCIS - California.

My dates:

I-130 - July 19th 2007 - receipt date

I-130 - July 31st 2007 - NOA 1

I-130 - Apr 1st 2008 - NOA2

now needing some guidance from the folks abt the NVC process. I reviewed the flowchart but it has been updated with the new requirements for originals and photos.

can someone post their experience and the latest process?

cheers

M

Thanks Folks

nope i didn't get an RFE at any stage. My K3 is lost or dumped in oblivion. I donno why it took so long, i doubt if it was checking on my case regularly, its probably just overloaded naturalization priority shortchanging I130.

waiting for the NVC case assignment .... me as well. getting documentation going. This seems like an awesome assimilation of information for I-130 track post NOA2.
