The K1 has no bearing on her entering any other country. As long as she is free to enter the Phi. it has no effect on her K1. That is for US entry.

Once she enters the US with a K1 she can not travel anywhere without AP (which most apply for with AOS)

I don't think there will be any issues at all, it should not be a problem to travel to another country prior to enter the U.S. Besides, she is from the Phillipines, so it makes sense that she needs to go back there before moving to the U.S.

As long as she uses the K-1 within the 6 months of its validity, she is fine.

Travel outside BEFORE entry to the USA having a K-1 visa has NO effect on the K-1 visa.

The Visa is valid for 6 month after it is issued, and is only activated upon entry to the USA.

What about the Philippines class and certificate of attendance for fiancee leaving PHilippines? Will this be required if she departs for the usa from Manila?

NO, She is not getting her K-1 visa from the embassy in Manila so she just needs to comply with the rules where the visa was issued (Malaysia)

Are you sure about this? The CFO is a Phillipine government requirement not a US requirement... Proof of CFO I believe needs to be presented at departure passport control. I would be very wary that CFO might in fact be required.

YMMV
