How about reading the instructions for form I-129F?

Page 5 of the directions say:

Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

While this board and members are here to help...a little searching helps some of the questions that get asked REPEATEDLY.

I am not trying to come off as sounding harsh, but I waited for a week before registering and simply read Guides & FAQ's and then decided to register to start with my process. All I'm saying to the Original Poster and future posters is that the information for such questions is the same information available to every visitor of this site, registered or not. Please take the time and effort to use the Search function in the future. While posting these questions isn't harming anyone, when they go unanswered, then people will understand why.

we are just about to sign the $445.00 personal check that we are sending in with our I-129F petition.

Do we make the check payable to "United States Center Immigration Services (USCIS)". We are filing at the californian branch.

cheers

:star::star:

The fee is $455. See here

Good luck! :thumbs:
