Im quite confused. . .

Is it okay if I will just present the 2007 ITR for my Interview??? rather than bank statements stocks, ATM histories and etc. and other assets???

Thanks!!

It is better to use two or three years of tax transcripts, but the previous year is the most important. You do not need to show assets unless youer income is close to the 125% poverty level.

If your income is well above the 125% Poverty Guidelines, they won't really need bank statements or stocks. The I-134 and 2007 ITR will be your best ammo. BUT, if you can provide them, it won't hurt to have them handy, just in case. I got them during my interview, even my then fiance's mortgage, letter from the bank stating how much he has in his account, etc, etc, but they only asked for the 2006 ITR (the latest at the time) and the I-134. If it so happened that they asked for more, it wouldn't be a problem because I got them all with me. But the pre-screener said those 2 are more than enough.

Would it be hard for you to have those documents?

yup not as important compared to the ITR but its an added bonus! i placed mine in a clearbook so when the pre-screener asked me about my affidavit of support, i hand the clearbook to him and he checked it all and said my husband's income is ok and that he passed it all lol... i only have the 2 itr plus the letter from the bank and his bank statements
