Also, give some input about cultural differences, cool equivalent stores etc etc... adaptation

hey! I am in Torrance. I love love love it here. There are sooooo many things to do. You will never ever ever get bored.

Things i dont like about LA and area:

-Alot of scary things on the news (but there are alot of people here so bad things are bound to happen)

-Alot of places don't recycle

I love it here. I do not know many people who dont love it here. Hope this helps

I am a Canadian living in the LA area...

things I love are the dollar stores down here they rock :thumbs: my fav is the 99 cent only store..

i love all the different restaurants and cafes that are around here too.. too many almost.... won't ever be able to try them all...

I used to shop at Albertsons because I could find a lot of the stuff I was familiar with from back in Canada, like onion soup mix. :P..... now I shop at Food 4 Less though...

Things I don't like are the traffic and there are too many people here... it is not very peaceful.... :no:

work : i haven't worked since I moved here but I am currently looking for a job.. not specifically trained in anything though...

sweety : right now he works in a medical supply warehouse but he is going to school to become a air conditioning technician..

ages : he is 26 and I am 33
