hello i just have some question and i hope u guys help me with it now i m waiting for my EAD now it had been over 108 days of waiting and when i call them the same answer we are working in your case right now i juts want to know if someone go through that also and in ur opinion what the best thing i can do to get my EAD and im now in visa K3 do i can get SSN without EAD ?

K-3 is not work authorized without EAD card, SSA will not issue an SSN unless you are work authorized.

If this is about fileing a tax return, you can file using an ITIN by filing form W7

To obtain an ITIN, you must complete IRS Form W-7, IRS Application for Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (PDF) . The Form W-7 requires documentation substantiating foreign/alien status and true identity for each individual. You may either mail the documentation, along with the Form W-7, to the address shown in the Form W-7 Instructions, present it at IRS walk-in offices, or process your application through an Acceptance Agent authorized by the IRS.

SSN is one reason to go CR-1 rather than K-3. CR-1 is work authorized, and gets SSN within weeks of entry to the USA.
