Hi

What do I do while my I-751 is processing. I am going on holiday to Puerto rico in July and I just saw that the processing is taking a long time!

I have already had my biometrics done but not recieved a reciept.

I really have no idea what to do. I only have an outdated conditional residency card and hold a UK passport.

Does anyone know / have a number I can call the USCIS and talk to a REAL person about this?

Thanks a lot I appreciate any comments.

Kind regards

The NOA letter you received should say that your conditional residence has been extended for another 12 months. I think you can arrange an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office to have a stamp put in your passport which will allow you to travel on your extended green card. I'm sure som other will come along with more concrete info.

How long ago did you have your biometrics and where is your application being processed ?

Mark :)

Hi thanks and I wrote in here too because I wasn't sure where to put this post since this forum has changed I thought therre would be a Vermont Service Center section Fwayguy. Thank you for replying anyway. I am just nervous about travel.

My application is being processed I believe at the Vermont Service Center...I had my biometrics in Hackensack NJ January 30th 08 and I haven't heard anything since.

I think I will do as suggested and get an info pass appointment.

Thanks again.

*breathes a bit better*
