Dos sympathy

Well hello all, no I do not have any good or exciting news to share. Its a bit of a depressing thing actually, the infamous ladies at the infamous AP 911 center are actually showing sympathy for my case oi you know its bad when even they feel bad for ya.

Got my faith though! Not lettin that go. I do wish there was some consistency though, handle the people who have been waiting more than a freakin year before the ones who get interview dates this month or or last month...anyways if in the larger scope of things this "evens out" our sufferrings and ends in a good note, I have no objection. Amid all the excitement though, this problem is not over and is not over for many people and I'm talking about the ones more than a year. I really do pray this is over, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy..well maybe I wou...lol NO i dont even wish it on them.

Lets have a wonderful April everyone! Congratulations to all the new arrivals!

Tammy...I can relate...I watched last year people who filed 6 months after me...coming to their fiancees...spouses...I tried so hard to feel happy and its so hard...Keep calling,sending cards,letters,thank the women that are talking to you there...I just feel like something will break very soon....

Its been 1 year 5 months since my islamic marriage and 1 year 4 months since I filed..( I filed a k1 that I messed up)Hes still not visa in hand.....I understand horrific waits...I am so sorry...I feel you

I rember how gard it is calling dos looking for even a crumb of information.... My heart goes out to you and im sure you will be reunited soon and you to can delete dos from speed dial. don't get discouraged

After four long years of being separated from my love, he finally came home a couple of weeks ago. As hard as it is sometimes, just keep the faith in your love and just know in your heart that you WILL be together someday.

You know, both you and I started the process about the same time (December 2006), although you had your interview in Septemember (earlier than me).

I also got off the phone with AP911 this morning. I got a guy who seemed sort of cold. I asked, he answered "your case is in AP still."

However, at the end of the questions, I thanked him and said, "You know, my husband and I have been seperate a year. It's very hard to be seperated so long. Think of the military spouses seperated for a year from their spouses (in Iraq). Well, we also suffer the same as them. At this point I am about to quit my job to see my husband. So you can see how this waiting is very destabilizing to having a normal life. But thank again for giving me some information and being so helpful."

I think he was stunned by my little speech.
