Is it ok if I send the packet for fiance visa to the service center via fed ex? Or is that a no-no?

I am not sure if Fed Ex will deliver to a PO box. I sent mine USPS overnight. The petition will be signed for by a USCIS person and you can track it on the USPS website.

You can't use FedEx for PO Boxes. You can only use USPS for PO Boxes. If you have a street address for your service center you can use FedEx.

Try TNT though, they're just as reliable but cheaper.

UPS would be something like $30 - $35.

The service centers do offer a street address should you want to use a private courier service. Just check the US Immigration website for details.
