2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

Hi!

Can you please update the table for me!

We have been sidetracked because our petition was recalled as one of the cases mistakenly approved by the VSC during the whole IMBRA fiasco. Well, it's been a long time but it's been reapproved and arrived in London today. We already turned in Package 3 back in April so I assume that the next step will just be our interveiw date. Anyone else in a similar position?

04/25/2006: Package 3 sent

Letter received saying our petion has been recalled!!!!

05/26/2006: Medical

7.23.2006"Commitment Ceremony" and celebration bash ie. wedding without the official marriage certificate - It was AMAZING!!!

08/17/2006: I-29F Reapproved

08/23/2006: Reaprroved petition recevied in London: August 23rd.

10/09/2006: Visa Interview

10/11/2006: Visa in hand

10/11/2006: Lee flew to America

Legal wedding ceremony at Boston City Hall: October 13th!

I really hope you're right! I can't for him to just come back already. We had our (non legal) wedding a month ago today and it feels so wrong not to have him here with me!

I wonder if London is going to try to give those whose petitions are being reapproved any sort of precedence in regards to interveiws. My guess is no, but I can only hope!

Yay! Hey Lina, when's your medical? Didn't you have to put that date on your checklist before you sent it?

ALso, London is easy to get around!

No i wanted to try and arrange an interview nearer the interview date so I marked on the checklist that I will book the medical once i get the letter notifying me of the interview.

I just have a problem that I get panick attacks and have kinda become agrophobic and just thinking about going on the train on my own and then the tubes on my own is really freaking me out so much that I am feeling ill right now. I have brother and his wife living in london I could have gone to their place and my sister in law would have taken me on the tubes but i talked to her the other day and my brother isnt very happy about the whole situation of me moving to america to be with a white american guy so i kinda got the feeling they didnt want to help me:( She said that my brother said if i am willing to move to another country then I should be able to go to the medical and interview by myself - which I kinda agree with but in America I will have the man I love with me and the support from him and his mum where as here I have no support from any family member:( OHH I am so upset:(

Oopsie.

When you update the list next, can ya change my "Sent" date to August 25th? Sian was going to mail it yesterday, but didn't get it done. She missed a form or some such. So, it's going out today.

Sian has to ride a bus and take the tube to go to work. She's sorta-kinda outside of London, but not really. (Sutton) She doesn't care much for the tube either, but it's gotta be done. She's lucky in that the place for the medicals is just a short distance from where she works. She'll just pop over for that, then walk back to work (NHS).

She's going to get the two vaccinations that she's missing (and Jordan too) the day before the medical. So much running and doing..... Good thing there wasn't this much ####### a few hundred years ago, or the Puritans would have said "Hell with it!" and sailed to Madagascar, or some such place rather than here. LOL

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Well, that sucks. I'm sorry to hear that he's not supportive.

You could take a klonapin first then take the train to wherever. Get in a cab, it's less frightening. And def. worth the extra money for you. Just give him the addy & off you go!
