WOW that is is a long time......Congratulations and good luck

1999 -- met randomly online, talked/called often

Dec 02 -- finally figured it out :)

Aug 3 05 -- submitted I-129F

Aug 10 05 -- received NOA1

Sept 05 -- two weeks in England

Oct 14 05 -- received NOA2

Oct 20 05 -- requested police certificate check thingy

Oct 25 05 -- petition sent to London Embassy!

Nov 8 05 -- Packet 3 received!!

Dec 05 -- where's the police report??

Jan 7 06 -- after much checking up, received letter saying police check app and payment received... finally! maybe now something will start moving

April 1 06 -- turned in Packet 3, holy cow

May 23 06 -- Consulate still says no Packet 3 :( gonna try to resend the forms...

June 6 06 -- new Packet 3 signed for at Consulate, waiting starts over

July 14 06 -- received Packet 4 - YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!! (I have been waiting SO long to put this on here!!!)

August 1 06 -- Medical in London :D

August 15 06 -- INTERVIEW @ 10:30 am

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Well not very well over here - Personally i am going through such a hard time - Ive been having alot of emotional stuff going on with family and well all in all I think I have got so stressed that I am taking it out on my other half:( it was the damn time of the month and the heat getting to me too - ive been having real bad headaches and dizzyspells and been very sensitive and irritated and well had a bit of a tiff with him on tuesday - and I havent spoken to him since:( As to the pack 3 he was gonna mail all his stuff to me on wednesday but as I havent spoken to him I dont know if that has been done:( We have had times like this before and we always make up and things are great, so I just hope we can get over this this time otherwise there will be no visa for us:( I love him to bits and feel there will never be anyone for me except him but I think right now I am at melt down and need to just be with me. Not only that I just feel ill with all the dizzyspells and headaches that I feel deep down I dont want to be a burden on him and he should find someone more healthy although he says he loves me:(( Ohh im just so miserable right now so enough of me lol

As to the house - I had a few people come to view but they didnt put any offers in - when they came i did tell them I know theres work to be done like decorating and new carpets etc so I will be considering offers:( but they still didnt place any offers:(

More importantly, you take care of yourself. Get yourself checked out if those dizzy spells continue. Heat exhaustion may seem silly but it can be really serious. Make sure you see someone if you aren't feeling better soon.

well it kinda gets complicated in the fact that I do suffer from dizzy spells I am on some pills for vertigo but they too dont seem to help right now - docs here dont have the foggiest idea whats wrong with me - I guess it is just the after effects from my two anurisms i had and the treatment in my head so I guess I am stuck with it - and the stress and tiredness doesnt help much:( Docs keep saying I worry too much and work myself up alot - and well it has been very hectic for me this last 2 months - with family causing grief, cleaning stuff in my house, worrying about the visa, worrying if i will sell the house in time blah blah blah - doesnt help much that i got irritated with my other half and havent spoken to him in like 3 days :( Oh well such is life!

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

More importantly, you take care of yourself. Get yourself checked out if those dizzy spells continue. Heat exhaustion may seem silly but it can be really serious. Make sure you see someone if you aren't feeling better soon.

Well last night it all got too much for me - I started to have numbing pains down my left arm and left side of the chest i started to panick and ended up calling the ambulance out - they checked me out and did an ECG and well they said everything seems normal except the fact that I was very anxious and needed to calm down - after talking to me about whats been going on in my life recently and trying to calm me down by asking to see the photos of my beloved in america and telling them what a wonderful time i had there etc and how i am dying to be with him but we just have complications - the diognosis came back that I was just very overly stressed and needed to relax and quit worrying!! Easy said than done!! Now Dave and I dont have the money for the medical and visa so even if we send our pack 3 out i dont know if we can come up with that money in a month - he said he would send me the money but that comes to around $400 and i cant seem to save £200 myself:( I am so fed up:(

Sorry for putting this in this thread but as joey and i started it here i thought i would put it here... good luck to all those that are having their interviews soon I hope it all works out for ya - the rate im going i think ours will be in september:(

Just thought I would post in here. Got my NOA2 on Monday and now waiting for NVC and the embassy to do there bit.

I am stressing as I desperatly hoping to get to america for my sons first Birthday on the 29th of September, i thought I would have been here by now, but with IMBRA kicking of it is going to be cutting it close.

Looking at the dates it seems to take between 1.5 months to 2.5 months from packet3 to interview.

Anyway having just moved out of the K1 forums to here I would like to say hi and good luck to all those going through interviews.
