we have our interviews the same day...............I am NOT taking 2005 tax returns..but here are 2 emails i got from London about it..........

An appointment has been scheduled for April 28 at 09:00 a.m. Written confirmation of the date and time of the appointment has been sent to you.

Your husband is not required to provide you with his 2005 tax returns. The Immigrant Visa Unit allow a grace period between the end of the tax year and the date petitioners are required to present the latest tax return.

Thank you for your e-mail correspondence.

and i emailed again to confirm this and got this reply...................

Embassy records indicate that we currently have your Affidavit of Support, form I-864, on file. At the time of your visa interview you are required to furnish your husband's tax returns, 1040 forms, for 2005 or proof of extension.

I hope this is helpful.......................my husband filed an extension but we have not heard anything back from the IRS yet so all i have to show them is a copy of the form asking for an extension!!

P.S. - I am sending ympacket 3 back this week - gonna copy all the forms first and book medical after my jabs at the GP on weds..so I'm finally moving forwards!

hey guys... ok with the interview being next week for my men... can anyone give us an idea of what they can expect as far as questions go? for CR-1s please not K-1s... also, will they be questioning Jr (he's 14) alone or will Crash be in with him?
